Deleting a transmittal

Transmittals can be deleted in any view: Drafts, Sent items, or Archive. However, only a system administrator can delete transmittals in the Sent items or Archive view.

To delete a transmittal:

1. In one of the transmittal views listed above, select one or more transmittals that you want to delete.
2. Click the Delete toolbutton . A dialog appears to confirm that you want to delete the transmittal.
3. Click Yes. The transmittal is deleted. The transmittal report in ImandrA and its references to the documents are removed from the vault. If the transmittal has already been sent, the transmittal report is moved to the Recycle Bin.
